Ultimately, our goal is to address change on a systemic level and strive toward equity through a focus on looking beyond symptoms and dealing with the root of problems.
Monthly Guild meetings are opportunities for people across the company to connect, share, and learn together. Recent meetings have explored language, challenges that women in tech face and allyship.
Our #talk-dei Slack channel is an open platform for team members to share articles, resources, and perspectives on DEI topics affecting Sprout, our local communities, and our industry.
