Sprout Social™ Accessibility
Our commitment to accessibility
“We believe social media has the power to connect people, and including individuals of all abilities amplifies that power.”
Driven by our core value to Champion Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Sprout Social is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all users. We strive to implement, maintain and enhance the accessibility of Sprout Social’s digital products by adhering to industry standards and guidelines.
As part of our commitment, Sprout Social partners with Perkins Access, a division of Perkins School for the Blind, to ensure that our digital products conform to the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (W3C WCAG) Version 2.1 Level AA requirements to the maximum extent possible. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities. Perkins Access provides WCAG 2.1 AA audits, role-based training, ongoing accessibility support and expert standards guidance.
Accessibility is an ongoing process that requires constant attention. We're committed to building digital products that deliver accessible software experiences. This commitment is reflected in our adherence to accessibility standards, our integration of accessibility features into our product roadmaps, and our efforts to simplify the process of publishing inclusive content through Sprout. If you encounter any barriers using Sprout Social software, our website or app, please contact your account or sales representative, reach out via email to accessibility@sproutsocial.com or call 1.866.878.3231.
